Session Time and locations
The Guy Andrews Ski Skool Is Expanding into new sessions and times
Mission: I will be providing a12 session block over a one month period with a view to develop individuals goals whether that is to gain confidence in the ocean, improve technique, race faster or all of the above.
When appropriate I will divide groups in order for people to train with others of a similar level of ability.
I will provide a program and guidance for extra sessions for paddlers that want to do more.
This first twelve session block is a bit of a tester to see if people will take up the program so make sure you spread the word and make it to as many sessions as possible. If the first block is not well received I wont continue the program.
Session times and formats
| When: | Wednesdays 5.30pm - 5th March, 19th March, 26th March, (note not every Wednesday) |
| Where: | Winders Park Currumbin River (usual place) |
| What: | Strength conditioning in park- resistance work out on dry land working on Core strength and power followed by low intensity/with resistance paddle intervals on river. |
Note: there is a 4pm club session Wednesday’s that I will be attending so if anyone wants to bomb themselves and do both back to back feel free!
| When: | Fridays 5.30am-29th Feb, 7th March, 14th March, 21st March, 28th March (note last session in block) |
| Where: | Winders Park Currumbin River (usual place) |
| What: | Handicap Time Trial, video feedback and surf time. |
| When: | Sundays Time TBA ??? (feed back wanted)- 2nd March, 9th ,March16th,March. 30 March (note 9th is recovery fun day post Noosa race, 23rd is club race) |
| Where: | Winders Park Currumbin River (usual place) |
| What: | Longer session working on strength Endurance and ocean skills. Flat water alternative provided. (note possible down wind session with trailer provided) |

Casual $20 per session (yes that means Friday Ski Skool Is now 20 bucks)
Pay for the 12 session block in advance before Wed 5th of March and save $95 ($12 per session) $145 - you can miss 5 of the 12 sessions and still break even!! |
